We are looking for a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help shape the future of precision oncology.
Pre-Cure integrates breakthrough bio-convergence technologies to build the next-generation of 3d ex-vivo predictive oncology platforms - enabling guidance for cancer patients toward therapies that work.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and lead the company’s scientific and technological strategy.
- Manage and grow R&D teams and oversee daily scientific operations.
- Oversee multiple development projects and strategic collaborations.
- Build scalable scientific and operational infrastructure to support product development and commercialization.
- Oversee scientific deliverables, including grant submissions, technical documentation, publications, board presentations, and conference materials.
- Work closely with the CEO and CSO to translate scientific insights into commercial value.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in a life-science field; postdoc preferred.
- 5+ years industry experience, 3+ years as CTO or Head of R&D.
- Proven leadership of complex scientific projects with pharma or investors.
- Deep expertise in oncology, pre-clinical models, immunology, and 3D cell cultures.Strong analytical and experimental design skills.
- Excellent scientific communication skills in English.
- Visionary, hands-on, motivated, and innovation-driven.

Job Description
- Perform hands-on laboratory work with a strong focus on sterile/aseptic technique.
- Handle mammalian cell lines and support tissue culture workflows.
- Process fresh tissue samples and other biological materials.
- Prepare buffers, media, and routine reagents according to established protocols.Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment.
- Assist in running and monitoring 3D cell culture experiments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
- Support the scientific team with day-to-day experimental tasks and needs.
Requirements
- BSc in Life Sciences.
- Practical, hands-on experience working in a biology or biotech laboratory.
- Proven experience with mammalian cell culture with a strong focus on aseptic technique.Familiarity with essential lab equipment.
- Experience with FACS is an advantage.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and manual precision.
- Ability to follow protocols carefully and maintain clean, accurate records.
- Read and follow SOPs written in English (full fluency not required).
